Antar and other investigators argue that these patterns show intent, not oversight. “This isn’t one mistake. It’s a sustained practice of deception across jurisdictions,” he said.
Even more alarming are reports connecting these properties to individuals with criminal backgrounds, including relatives with active arrest warrants. Such associations, if true, could raise serious ethical and security concerns given James’s position as a state attorney general.
