In emails dated July 2019—just weeks before Epstein’s death—Turner claims he was operating in Mexico alongside individuals connected to federal law enforcement. He describes:
- Alleged armed attacks by “U.S. agents”
- A Mexican judge reportedly shot by an American to delay a child trafficking trial
- Threats escalated “to the President of Mexico”
- Multiple assaults against Turner and his associates
- Claims that his partner killed and wounded alleged American agents in self-defense
One email states bluntly:
“We’ve had another serious incident since an American shot the trial judge in our child sex trafficking case here.”
