Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky issued an urgent warning to citizens Saturday evening, cautioning that Russia is preparing a new large-scale military strike and urging civilians across the country to remain alert as air raid sirens sound.

“Tonight and in the coming hours, we must pay particularly close attention to air raid alerts,” Zelensky said during his evening address. “The Russians have prepared for a new massive strike. Please, stay safe.”
